Jesse founded Ezer in 2024 after years of seeing the same pattern inside complex organizations: the hardest problems rarely live in just one lane, but across data, products, and people.
Jesse graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering before building a career in data across multiple organizations. Over time, he saw that the hardest work rarely stalled because of lack of effort. More often, it broke down at the seams between data, products, and people.
